We had a gas range at one of our rentals that was somehow causing a build-up of CO when our renters cooked on it. This is obviously dangerous and she had a technician out there right away. This also helped me because my tenants had just moved in and I wanted to give them a good first impression of me as a landlord.

In the end, my partner (who is quite knowledgeable with various appliances and repairs) and I made a personal visit to the property that evening and what we found was in disagreement with what the technician said. I contacted Katrina with my concerns and she helped immediately. I would call this company back again for any of my appliance repairs and I'll be sure to pass the name around to all the landlords I know.

My refrigerator was feeling warm yesterday. I woke up and found out all of the ice in the freezer had melted and all of the food had thawed. I called these guys at 8 am and they had someone over within the hour. They put a priority on my request because it was a refrigerator and they understood that if they came in the afternoon, my food would probably spoil. The tech diagnosed the problem, made a trip to the warehouse for the part, and had the refrigerator fixed before 11 am. Now that's what I call service!

Called Affordable Speedy Appliance Repair first thing this morning and spoke with Katrina. She assured me she'd have someone here this morning. She called back shortly later and said she'd have someone here in about 45 minutes.

Right on time, Ed (the Repair Man) showed up and quickly, professionally, and pleasantly went to work. Replaced a relay and a capacitor for a cost of $195.00. Ed told me this fridge has many years of good service left in it! Within a short time, the fridge/freezer was back up and running. So grateful for honest, professional, and quick service!

I have used this company several times to help service rental properties when appliance issues come up.

They answer the phone, are professional, and very reliable. Always show up on time. They also coordinate the appointment with my tenants but are sure to call me with the diagnosis and discuss what they found and what my options are. I keep using them and you should too.

We needed servicing on our freezer. There was ice on the bottom under the drawer and periodic water leaks.
